Tootmisprobleeme k\u00e4sitlev artikkel ilmus ajakirjas<em> Nano Letters, <\/em>koost\u00f6\u00f6d tegid teadlased Saksamaa, Itaalia, Rootsi ja\u00a0Venemaa teadusinstituutidest.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>Victor Aristov<\/strong> ja kolleegid r\u00f5hutavad, et grafeen v\u00f5iks tulevikus\u00a0asendada r\u00e4ni \u00fclikiiretes arvutiprotsessorites ning muudes seadmetes.
