K\u00fcljega meie poole olev \u00fclemine galaktiga kannab nime VV 340 North ning alumine, n\u00e4oga meie poole suunatud galaktiga on VV 340 South. Miljonite aastate p\u00e4rast need kaks galaktikat liituvad, seda paljuski sarnaselt sellele, kuidas Linnutee ja Andromeeda galaktika miljardite aastate p\u00e4rast \u00fchinevad.
