Seadme abil on v\u00f5imalik tekitada vastupidavust n\u00f5udvatele detailidele \u00fcli\u00f5hukesi ja keerulise sisestruktuuriga keraamilisi kihte. Varasemate tehnoloogiatega sadestati paksemad ja lihtsama struktuuriga kihid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>PS-PVD (Plasma Spray-Physical Vapor Deposition) tehnoloogia rakendamiseks on vajalik vaakumkeskkond, mis saavutatakse vastavate pumpade abil. Aurustava plasma leegi temperatuur on kuni 10\u00a0000 kraadi Celsiuse skaalal. Plasmaleeki suunatud keraamiline pulber aurustub ja sadestub soovitud detaili pinnale.<\/p>\n<p>Plasma on mateeria neljas olek. Plasma k\u00e4itub sageli gaasina, ent juhib elektrit ja interakteerub elektromagnetv\u00e4ljadega. Astronoomilisel skaalal on plasma sage n\u00e4he, n\u00e4iteks koosneb P\u00e4ike plasmast.
