J. Phys. 29 163\u201375<br \/>\n[http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1088\/0143-0807\/29\/1\/017] ). We correct these authors\u2019 expressions for the<br \/>\nelectric field and the Poynting vector, and also correct their expressions for the magnetic field.<br \/>\nContrary to the authors, we find that the contribution of the second term in Jefimenko\u2019s formula for<br \/>\nthe electric field is not zero.
