Avastus t\u00e4hendab potentsiaalselt uut l\u00e4het odavate plastiliste 3D televiisorite arengus. Orgaaniliste pooljuhtide teadust\u00f6\u00f6 areng on l\u00e4htunud elastsete kileekraanide ja vooluringide valmistamise v\u00f5imalusest. Uudse tehnoloogia kasutuselev\u00f5ttu on aga piiranud laengute edastamise aeglane kiirus.<\/p>\n<p>Stanfordi \u00dclikoolis v\u00e4lja arendatud meetod v\u00f5imaldab orgaanilistest pooljuhtidest toota skeeme, mis t\u00f6\u00f6tavad senisest kuni neli korda kiirema sagedusega. Need kiirused on aga kristalliliste r\u00e4niseadmetega v\u00f5rreldes ligi sada korda aeglasemad. K\u00fcll aga saaks efektiivselt asendada amorfse r\u00e4ni ekraane. Meetod seisneb orgaanilise pooljuhi kristallstruktuuri venitamises ja fikseerimises.
