Sellise satelliidi ehitamist on juba k\u00fcmneid aastaid kaalutud, kuid senini pole keegi esitanud lahendust, mis \u00fcletaks k\u00f5ik seadmega seotud probleemid. Esmalt NASA inseneri John Mankinsi idee on n\u00fc\u00fcdseks tekitanud nii piisavalt huvi, et NASA pakkus selle uurimiseks Artemisele toetust.<\/p>\n<p>Maninsi ideel on bio-miimikaline l\u00e4henemine, mis t\u00e4hendab seda, et see p\u00f5hineb millelgi, mis looduses toimub ligikaudu sarnasel p\u00f5him\u00f5ttel. Antud juhul on selleks looduslikuks kehaks lill, mis kasutab p\u00e4ikeseenergia kogumiseks oma \u00f5ielehti. Mankinsi idee on ehitada paljudest peeglitest koosnevad \u00f5ielehed, mis koondaksid p\u00e4ikesekiired p\u00e4ikesepaneelidele.
