Levinumad v\u00e4iksem\u00f5\u00f5dulised kiirendip\u00f5hised deuteerium- ning triitiumsihtm\u00e4rkidega generaatorid on silinderja toruga, v\u00f5imaldades geomeetria t\u00f5ttu elektriv\u00e4lja h\u00f5lpsasti struktureerida ning ioonkiirgust kanaliseerida. \u00d5hemad torud on 3-5 cm paksused. Uus tehnoloogia v\u00f5imaldab aga valmistada generaatoreid, mille s\u00fcdamik on millimeetri suurusj\u00e4rgus. Decanini s\u00f5nul on seade juba litsentseeritud m\u00f5ningate rakenduste jaoks, ent keerukamate toodete arendamine v\u00f5ib aega v\u00f5tta viis kuni k\u00fcmme aastat. Esialgu on praktilisim lahendus v\u00e4ikseste meditsiiniotstarbeliste neutrogeneraatorite valmistamine. Mikrokiirguri saaks siirdada v\u00e4hkkasvaja l\u00e4hedale, lubades patsiendile haigla asemel kodust ravikeskkonda. Seadmele on v\u00f5etud patent. Decanini edasine eesm\u00e4rk on luua laustahkisseade, millest puuduks antud disaini inkorporeeritud triitium ning vaakumt\u00fchik.
