This enhanced mentoring programme provides much-needed<br \/>\nassistance for undergraduate students to master introductory physics and mathematics coursework, to<br \/>\nnormalise the struggle of learning hard material, and to accept their identity as physics or<br \/>\nengineering students (among other goals).
