Pildil on infrapunakaamera j\u00e4\u00e4dvustus langevarjuga laskuvast Baumgartnerist. Langemise maksimumkiirus oli kiirem kui heli, 1342 km\/h. maksimaalkiirusel sooritatud vabalangemist. Suur kiirus oli v\u00f5imalik t\u00e4nu v\u00e4ga madalale \u00f5hutakistusele, mis aga t\u00e4hendas, et h\u00fcppe esimeses faasis puudus Baumgartneril oma lennuasendi suhtes kontroll.
