Haigla MRT uuringu nurklahutus on millimeetri suurusj\u00e4rgus. Laboris saab sama aparatuuriga k\u00e4tte kuni 10<sup>-6 <\/sup>m resolutsiooni. Budakiani t\u00f6\u00f6r\u00fchma meetod parendab seega MRT lahutust tuhandekordselt.<\/p>\n<p>MRT on mitteinvasiivne ning patsiendile ohutu, sest kasutab pildistamiseks magnetv\u00e4ljasid ning mitteioniseerivat raadiosagedusega elektromagnetkiirgust. Kompuutertomograafide ning r\u00f6ntgeniaparaatide v\u00e4ljastatud kiirgus on aga ioniseeriv ning sestap inimesele kahjuliku toimega.<\/p>\n<p>MRT raadiolainetest tekitatud uuritava kehapiirkonna prootonite spinnresonantsist tekkiva raadiosignaali m\u00f5\u00f5tmiseks kasutatakse nii staatilisi kui ajas muutuvaid magnetv\u00e4ljasid. Magnetv\u00e4lja tugevus on oluline lahutusv\u00f5imet m\u00e4\u00e4rav parameeter. Nanomeetrine t\u00e4psus eviks arstidele pea \u00fclimat diagnostilist v\u00e4\u00e4rtust.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6r\u00fchma saavutuseks on kahe olulise t\u00f5kke \u00fcletamine, mis on seni takistanud MRT kasutamist nanom\u00f5\u00f5tskaala s\u00fcsteemide m\u00f5\u00f5tmiseks. Esiteks m\u00f5eldi v\u00e4lja uus spinnide manipuleerimise protokoll, mille j\u00e4rgi kasutatakse prootonite spinnide statistilise polarisatsiooni (<em>statistical polarization<\/em>) ajaliste korrelatsioonide loomiseks raadiosagedusega magnetimpulsse. Teiseks loodi peen metallist voolu v\u00f5imendav antenn, mis magnetv\u00e4lja impulsse vajalikul m\u00e4\u00e4ral v\u00f5imendab.<\/p>\n<p>Meetodi t\u00f6\u00f6kindlust t\u00f5endavas katses loodi pol\u00fcst\u00fcreenist katset\u00fcki prootontiheduse kahem\u00f5\u00f5tmeline projektsioonkujutis.
