Need kristallid pole aga mitte samba-, vaid plaadikujulised. Need <em>plaatkristallid <\/em>on langedes laiema poolega allapoole. Need suunavad valgust vaatleja poole ainult siis, kui need asuvad umbes P\u00e4ikest l\u00e4bival horisontaaljoonel. Niisiis asuvad p\u00e4ikesekoerad vasakul ja paremal pool P\u00e4ikest. Kui P\u00e4ike on madalal, paiknevad koerad sellest umbes 22\u00b0 kaugusel. Kui P\u00e4ike on k\u00f5rgel, paiknevad p\u00e4ikesekoerad veidi kaugemal. Need on tavaliselt v\u00e4rvilised, sest kristallid jagavad valguse v\u00e4rvusteks, millest punane on P\u00e4ikesele k\u00f5ige l\u00e4hemal.<\/p>\n<p>On veel palju muid halosid, kaari, sambaid ja heledaid kohti, mis taevasse ilmuda v\u00f5ivad.
