Sellistel meetoditel saadud nanoribad on aga v\u00f5rdlemisi laiad(\u00fcle 10 nanomeetri) ning konarlike \u00e4\u00e4rtega. Esmalt laotatakse spetsiaalselt valmistatud halogeeni lisandiga\u00a0diantr\u00fc\u00fcli monomeerid kulla ja h\u00f5beda pinnale k\u00f5rgel vaakumil. J\u00e4rgnevalt sunnitakse monomeerid pol\u00fcfen\u00fcleeni ahelatega \u00fchinema.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rgmise sammuna eemaldati n\u00e4idise kuumutamisel pol\u00fcmeeri vesiniku aatomid. Selle tagaj\u00e4rjel pol\u00fcmeeri ahelad sidustuvad moodustades tasapinnalised grafeenribad, mis on k\u00f5igest \u00fche aatomi paksused, \u00fche nanomeetri laiused ning kuni viiek\u00fcmne nanomeetri pikkused. Ribad on piisavalt peenikesed omamaks elektroonilist keelutsooni ning seega ka l\u00fclituseks sobivaid\u00a0omadusi.
