Betoonaluse kasutamine v\u00e4hendab generaatori torni \u00fcleval hoidmiseks muidu kuluva betooni hulka rohkem kui 2\/3 v\u00f5rra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nu betoonalustele on generaatorite paigaldamine ka \u00f6k\u00f6noomsem ning tornide p\u00fcsti saamine on kiirem. Kasutada saab\u00a0lihtsaimat ringikujulist p\u00f5hja, mis v\u00e4hendab kuluva betooni hulka 60-70% v\u00f5rra, kirjutab <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecogeek.org\/component\/content\/article\/3277\">ecogeek.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ehitusega seotud eelistele lisaks saab betoonalust kasutades suurendada ka tornide k\u00f5rgust, viies turbiini tugevamatesse tuultesse v\u00f5i kasutades suurema diameetriga labasid. Metallist tuulegeneraatorid on keerulised transportida ning ehitada, kuid lisades eelnevalt valatud betoonaluse tornile\u00a0kohapeal juurde, v\u00f5ib torni ehitada kuni 30 meetrit k\u00f5rgema.<\/p>\n<p>Betoonaluseid on v\u00f5imalik toota kohapeal, v\u00e4hendades seega transpordikulusid. Eelvalatuna on nad palju lihtsamad transportida, sest need valatakse osadena ning pannakse alles kohapeal kokku.
